I xtaw it works or not..But I wil give it a try...I get this from Internet..U can find it easily on internet. Sorry no links as I already save into my laptop long ago... This is the 3 day diet If you follow it CORRECTLY you can lose up to 10 lbs. GOOD LUCK !! and remember to keep the weight off you must continue some sort of healthy diet plan. Die stated boleh trun up 2 15kg in 2 months? Impressive..Even Sammi Cheng pon amalkan this diet?? Ill try n let u know k.

INSTRUCTIONS: You can add herbs, salt, pepper, diet sugar, lemon, vinegar, Worcestershire, soy sauce, mustard & ketchup to your foods.Take Herbal Appetite Suppressants Mid Morning & Mid Afternoon *if you take appetite suppressants then DO NOT Drink Coffee (Warning Note: Don't do both, you can over stimulate !) 

DAY 1
BREAKFAST 
Black Coffee or Tea 
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice 
1 Toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 

LUNCH 
1/2 Cup of Tuna 
1 Toast Black 
Coffee or Tea 

DINNER 
3 Oz.(85 g) any lean meat 
1 cup green beans 
1 cup carrots 
1 apple 
1 cup regular vanilla ice cream 

DAY 2
BREAKFAST 
Black coffee or tea 
1 Egg 
1 Toast
1/2 Banana

LUNCH 
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna 
8 regular saltine crackers 
Black coffee or tea 

DINNER
2 beef franks 
1 cup broccoli or cabbage 
1/2 cup carrots 
1/2 banana 
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream 

DAY 3
BREAKFAST 
Black coffee or tea 
5 regular saltine crackers 
1 oz. cheddar cheese 
1 apple 

LUNCH 
1 boiled egg 
1 toast black 
Coffee or tea 

DINNER 
1 cup tuna 
1 cup carrots 
1 cup cauliflower 
1 cup melon 
1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Some simple tips I get to keep a healthy weight:

Cut down on:
Fat
Starchy foods
Sugar
Choose:
Skim milk, instead of full cream                                                                    Low fat desserts (premium ice-cream), instead of full fat ones
Wholemeal bread, instead of white bread
Homemade juices, instead of prepackaged ones (higher sugar content)
Steamed/grilled chicken/meat/, instead of fried
Fresh fruits for snacks, instead of chocolate bars/confectionary
Plain water, instead of carbonated drinks
Cereal/butter-free sandwich for breakfast, instead of roti canai/nasi lemak


Make sure:
You have a good breakfast each morning(boosts your metabolism rate for the day)
You drink lots of water (calorie free, gives the feeling of full)
You take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (high fibre content)
You eat in small portions but more often (instead of starving yourself the whole day and pigging out at one go)
